Have to admit this 2017 Indian Roadmaster Review shows it be a stunning looking motorcycle that even in its standard form comes well spec’d with many bells and whistles. This includes a 7 inch touch screen that can display just about everything the rider could ask for, as is discussed in the video. With a starting price of around $29,000 there is a respectable list of factory accessories which can be added, including a styling kit and an exhaust kit. Indian refer to their exhaust kit as the ‘six shooter’ so I am picking it will make the exhaust note have more of a crack in it.
In listening to this video of the 2017 Indian Roadmaster with the standard exhaust set up it is quiet recording it while riding even though the bike has a decent size fairing and windshield. Specifications are much as you would expect for this class of bike, and its price. The Roadmaster is based on the Chieftain but with added luxury touring extras such as a trunk, front fairing, heated seats and grips, LED headlights, rear crash bar and passenger foot boards. It is designed to be a comfortable long distance cruiser and will no doubt win itself many friends.
Indian refer to their bikes as ‘legends in waiting’ They may well be correct in this.
